How much notice do you need?
48 hours for most orders. For a big spread or a holiday weekend, call a few days ahead.
Do you deliver catering?
Yes. Pickup at the restaurant on East Belknap, or delivery anywhere in DFW. Farther out is possible for an additional fee; call and ask.
How much barbecue should I order per person?
Plan on a third of a pound of meat per person for a mixed spread, more for a brisket crowd. We will help you size it when you call.
Do you bring plates, sauce and serving spoons?
Sauce comes with every order. Plates, forks and serving spoons are available; ask when you order.
